A table-setting in Tulsi Indian restaurant, Galway city, photographed in January 2017. It includes wine glasses with fan-folded napkins, and an artificial rose. In the middle of each table there is a food warming tray, which has tea-light candles inside: When food is brought to the table, the candles are lit and the main dishes are placed on top of the warming, and diners serve themselves as desired. Each table has one or two stand-alone chairs, and they share a long bench-style seat which runs the length of the back wall.
