I'd never thought of Ireland as a surfing destination- but a visit to this beach near Sligo in September 2007 was educational.   Exciting waves, lots of surfboards - and no one here cares if it's raining.

Something inspired me to snap a quick-pic on of Michael Fawl, Select Bar pub in Ennis, Ireland in September 2007.  I'm not sure what.    I do like the pretty flowers in the right-top foreground.   And here's the rest, anyways.

Glór music, arts and performance venue in Ennis, County Clare, Ireland, pictured in September 2007.   I'm sure that it had more photogenic faces than this, but this was the one I snapped to remember where I'd been, and it hints at an interesting modern building style.
