Dublin city council installed this artwork? locally-loyalty-inspiration? outside the Mansion House - which is described on Google Maps as a local government office, and in other sources as the original Lord Mayor's house, and sometime offices / parliament, etc.
Perhaps they were just aiming to help wandering tourists to remember what city they are in today!
